HAYLEY’S BESPOKE BRIDAL CAPE

Hayley commissioned me to make her bridal dress, which was a sleeveless bias-cut dress with a towel front. As the wedding day took part in October Hayley decided that instead of a traditional veil a cape to cover her shoulders would compliment her dress.

The final design was a full-length cape, made using soft silk feel tulle with a slight gather at the back, finished off with hand appliqué corded embroidery on the shoulder and back neck
